We are located in the centre of Royton next to Royton Carpet and Grass Centre.
Where can I park?
There is a free car park right outside the door with plenty of spaces.
Do you accept all breeds for grooming?
Yes!
Do you empty anal glands?
No, this is now classified as an internal procedure and must be carried out by a vet.
My dog has fleas, can I still book?
No, no, no, no, no – please don’t. I only accept dogs who do not have fleas. This is to prevent the spread and to protect my equipment (and reputation!). Please treat the flea infestation and schedule an appointment once this has been completed.
Can I stay with my dog during the groom?
I ask that you don’t stay with your dog as they get distracted by you as their human and it may be difficult to complete the groom.
Can I book a block of appointments?
Yes, in fact this is encouraged to ensure your dog doesn’t become uncomfortable between grooms.
